I.e.: 7.62x54R PS, instead of 7.62x54R 7H1

I'm not entirely sure what you mean.
Are you saying https://tarkov-tools.com/item/762x54r-ps should be "7.62x54R 7H1" ?

That's actually not the case as with patch 12.11 BSG updated a lot of item names

Oh, that might be the localization mismatch then. There's no "PS" ammo of that caliber on Russian version of the game.

Yeah, that's a thing I'm working on. Adding all the localized names of items to the game.
