Output only contains "There are no input files to process." on OSX #15

On non-windows platforms, the temp file path can contain a directory with a _ starting character. Directories and files starting with _ are excluded by JSDoc (protobuf.js).
jsdoc/jsdoc#308

This results in the output containing There are no input files to process. instead of the generated code.

having the same error. should be due to some permission problem
