<h1 id="biography">Biography</h1>
<p>I’m a Postdoctoral researcher at <a target="_blank" href="https://www.bristol.ac.uk/">University of Bristol</a> working with <a target="_blank" href="https://dimadamen.github.io/">Prof. Dima Damen</a>, as a part of the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.robots.ox.ac.uk/~vgg/projects/visualai/index.html">EPSRC VisualAI Grant</a>. Prior to this, I was a Research Scientist at <a target="_blank" href="https://tensortour.com/">TensorTour Inc</a>.</p>
<p>I obtained my Ph.D. from the <a target="_blank" href="https://cse.iitk.ac.in/">Department of Computer Science and Engineering</a> at <a target="_blank" href="https://www.iitk.ac.in/">Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur</a> advised by <a target="_blank" href="http://www.grvsharma.com">Dr. Gaurav Sharma </a> and <a target="_blank" href="https://sites.google.com/view/manindra/home"> Prof. Manindra Agarwal</a>. I have completed my Master’s in Medical Imaging and Informatics from <a target="_blank" href="https://www.iitkgp.ac.in/"> Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur</a> advised by <a target="_blank" href="http://www.iitkgp.ac.in/department/EE/faculty/ee-rajiv">Dr. Rajiv Ranjan Sahay</a> and <a target="_blank" href="http://www.facweb.iitkgp.ac.in/~pkd/f_pkd.html">Prof. Pranab Kumar Dutta</a>.</p>
<p>My area of interest comes under the broad area of computer vision and machine learning. Precisely, my research is centered on the integration of audio and video modalities to enhance machine perception capabilities across diverse applications. Currently, I am focussing in the realm of audio-visual understanding of egocentric videos.</p>
