Build sources with -O3? #86

Looks like currently the sources are built with -Os. Testing with -O3 instead, it's 5% larger but twice as fast. So it seems like that's a better tradeoff perhaps? I don't remember the details of why we picked -Os though, maybe someone else does.

Looks like there are no concerns with this, so changing to -O3.
