Don't ignore other plugins' changes to nginx.conf

If another plugin modifies nginx.conf in nginx-pre-reload, those changes are currently ignored since this plugin overwrites nginx.conf.

A better approach could be to modify only the server_name row using sed, and add any other custom configuration in an include file after dokku/dokku#579 has been merged.
