Android Bluetooth Reports

Please comment if pairing over Bluetooth is working with your Android device or not.

My proposed test steps:

1. Turn off cellular data
2. Turn off wifi
3. Turn on Bluetooth
4. Transfer a file from computer to phone using Bluetooth
5. Run kr pair on your computer
6. Scan the QR code on your Android device
7. Watch for pairing failure / success
