Unique datasource for hkube-services.json dashboard

We replace a placeholder datasource with the same datasource for all hkube dashboard using a .tpl. ( clue - {{- define "grafanaVersionUtility" -}}
). from our .Values

For Hkube-Status dashboard ( hkube-services.json ), we might need to provide a different datasource ( for example, some customers have different sources for different metric groups based on permissions ).

More modificaitons required

• Change query to distinguish hkube prefix (because there are alot of ETCD in the domain i.e. ..)
• Add filtering by namespace to the same query ( same as above, many namespaces with hkube-etcd if hkube is deployed multiple times in different namespaces )
