The Kubeflow ModelRegistry documentation mentions monitoring capabilities, specifically model drift detection. However, there is no clear implementation in the source code or available APIs to support this functionality.

Additionally, metrics scraping for operational monitoring (e.g., Prometheus integration) is in progress?
