Recently, we upgrade jenkins core to 2.319.1 in PR #61, so I request to release v3.3.0-alpha.1-2.319.1 for further test.

I prefer to add a few new features (might be new plugins or upgrade a few plugins). For instance:

I don't quite agree. Now it's time to test whether there is a problem with the upgraded Jenkins and the Jenkins plugins will cause conflicts with upgraded Jenkins.
