Prow doesn't seem to get all updates any more, let's check whether the images have moved somewhere else again.

          From what I see in the prow commit history I'd have expected at least one other update for tide: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/prow/commit/573cf9adb6f58eb7860a5b0d5c57d84c89f298c8
