adding myself as admin in cssharp

hello, i'm trying to give myself permission to use the admin features like kick, ban, etc. but the commands just wont work for me.

my /game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/configs/admins.json is the following:

am i doing something wrong in this config? why can't i use the commands?
