The Spinning Avatar Image

I would like this thing to rotate like a coin instead of spin on hover. I am a junior developer to CSS3 and especially these animations webkit and whatnot. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know I have to change the entire hover:rotate[360] line, from ease-in and all that stuff. I just don't know what to change it to. Right now, the site can be viewed at stephenlittleton.com upon hovering you can see that I upped it to 360*3 for 1080 so it is a very wound up. It gives a power feeling.

I am going to reverse the image for an extra challenge for the back side of the spin animation so it may become fuller. Eventually I will convert all this to SVG again. I recently lost every image file on my PC.

I am a junior developer and this theme has just renewed my love for HTML5, CSS3, Svelte, Next, Node, and all the inbetween. Thanks so much for all your help and for making such a lovely theme to start from.
