I just generated a world using Dooglamoo and UBC, and most things worked flawlessly. The different stone variants generated correctly alongside their corresponding ores. The only issue is that the cobblestone generated is vanilla, rather than the correct type of cobble. I don't know how the stone replacement is implemented, but could this be extended to cobblestone replacement?

I added an option to enable this behaviour. I set the option to 'false' by default since cobblestone is rarely generated in vanilla and if it is, it's normally in structures like villages or dungeons, which might not look great if they also include mossy cobblestone or become two-colored because they get placed within a biome change.
