ui: display trace results directly in the UI topology graph

In the past the team had built a visualization for traces but it had a separated iframe front-end, it'd be cool to have the trace results integrated on the UI map topology and displaying the results by highlighting the path in the topology graph. This needs research. I'll map the item here in case UI items get prioritized in the future.
