[Chart] Outliers values are incorrectly displayed in a Range Area Chart

Describe the bug

When there are outliers values in a Range Area Chart, the markers are incorrectly rendered beyond the boundaries of the bars that delineate the areas.

Expected behavior

Markers for values outside the graph should respect the boundaries of the defined areas.
