WarnSystem: Failure to mute users attempting to mute evade

What did you expect to happen?

Upon a user leaving and rejoining the server, WarnSystem should check if any previous mutes made with WarnSystem are still valid, and if they are, remute the user

What actually happened?

This does not happen, and WarnSystem does not mute the user upon a rejoin

How can we reproduce this error?

1. Mute a user using WarnSystem
2. Have the user leave the server, then rejoin
3. Observe WarnSystem not reapply any previously made mutes

I believe a better solution would be switching this system (warn 2) to the built-in mutes. These can't be evaded.

This doesn't work well for my usecase, as Warden has no proper integration with the inbuilt systems of redbot

What you mean by Warden and how is that related to Redbot or the mute system?
