Summary

With laminas-servicemanager v4, we might want to allow delegators for aliases as well.
laminas/laminas-servicemanager#168

While working on the implementation details, I stumbled over this repository which verifies that delegators are not executed for aliases. This should be removed in case we do want to implement that behavior.
