pretty print

Should we just use the pretty print routine from https://github.com/lamps-wg/dilithium-certificates/tree/main/examples? I have zero problem with that.

I think @danvangeest proposed a different pretty printer. I'm happy to take anything as long as it's automated.

Unfortunately, I use our proprietary openssl provider for pretty-printing, so we can't automate that. I don't know the state of ML-KEM in the OQS provider, but I think their ML-DSA implementation isn't ready so they could have problems displaying the signature.

Ok, I'll fashion a PR to add some pretty printing and we can change that later on if we have something non-proprietary available, or one-shot at the last minute when there aren't any changes anymore.
