add hash IDs for videos

• Copy the google bucket for security
• Assign hash IDs to every file in the spreadsheet
• Rename files on new bucket according to schema (proposal: SUBJECTID_ISO-DATE_SESSION-NUM_UNIQUE-VIDEO-ID; example: 00370002_2024-12-31_1_dhxahxo.zip or .mp4; depending on whether we are naming the .zip folders with metadat vs. the .mp4 files
• Delete videos that have portions to be blacked out (only 15 videos, 2 hours total so far)
• Create a new files pipeline that pulls files from google drive -> new bucket and names them appropriately
