frame_size not settable for AVCodecContext? #198

目前看来 AVCodecContext 是没有允许修改 frame_size 的。默认是 0，在音频编码的时候 ffmpeg 会警告一下

[mp4 @ 0x12e0052b0] track 1: codec frame size is not set

建议把 frame_size 加到 settable
