{\*\generator Msftedit 5.41.21.2510;}\viewkind4\uc1\pard\sa200\sl276\slmult1\lang29\f0\fs36 Ephenation License agreement and Disclaimer\fs24\par
\fs32 Definitions\par
\fs24 In the following text, the term user applies to a person using the client version of the game called Ephenation. The term Ephenation, server and service provider all refer to the legal entity developing the Ephenation game. \par
\fs32 License Agreement\par
\fs24 The license issued by the service provider is eligible for one user only and is to be connected to a valid e-mail address owned by the user initially issued the license. A license may be used by the immediate family of the licensee, but is not to be shared with other parties. \par
The license is granted free of charge but may be revoked at any time by the service provider, without any prior information given to the user. \par
\fs32 Disclaimer\par
\fs24 The service provider takes no responsibility for damages inflicted on any hardware or media that the user installs the supplied software on. All use of the Ephenation client, on any platform and in any version, is under the complete responsibility of the user. \par
This service contains chat functions and other tools with which the user can communicate with other users. The service provider cannot accept responsibility for anything that is communicated using the service as a communication device. Every user is responsible for the users own in-game actions. \par
The server used to host the Ephenation world is temporary. That means it may be terminated anytime. Inactive accounts may have territories revoked without warning. However, it is the intention, but not guarantee, of the service providers to make the Ephenation world permanent. If that happens, a new license will be issued. \par
\fs32 Construction Rules\par
\fs24 1. The game is set in a medieval world with a touch of magic, and territories should reflect that.\par
2. Do not make traps or irreversible constructions that does not give the player a fair chance to pass.\par
3. Do not use the reward indication block (rotating coin) to lure players into traps.\par
Failure to comply with these rules may lead to allocated territories being revoked. The service providers reserves the right to modify allocated territories to improve the game. \par
