jobs or events display

hi,
my new company uses ALCALI and i'm still learning. looking at https://alcali.dev/views/jobs/ or https://alcali.dev/views/events, it states that it only displays the last 100 jobs/events. I tried to use the search in both jobs/events and I do not see the expected finished jobs/events.

How can I see more jobs/events. Or how can I set the setting to see more than 100 jobs/events. As it seems the search field does not work in either jobs/events.
