Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement")
This Agreement is entered into between Reflare ("Project") and the undersigned contributor ("Contributor").
Definitions:
"Contribution" means any code, documentation, or other original works of authorship, including any modifications or additions to an existing work, that is intentionally submitted by the Contributor to the Project for inclusion in, or documentation of, any of the products owned or managed by the Project. "Submitted" means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent to the Project or its representatives, including but not limited to communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems, and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the Project for the purpose of discussing and improving the Project, but excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise designated in writing by the Contributor as "Not a Contribution." License Grant:
Contributor hereby grants to the Project and its recipients a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the Contributions and such derivative works. Contributor represents that they are legally entitled to grant the above license. If their employer(s) have rights to intellectual property that they create, they represent that they have received permission to make Contributions on behalf of that employer, or that their employer has waived such rights for their Contributions to the Project. Moral Rights: Contributor understands that moral rights, including the right of attribution or integrity, might be claimed in the Contribution. To the extent such rights are not transferable or their transfer is not enforceable, they are waived to the full extent allowed by law.
Originality: The Contributor represents that each Contribution is the original creation of the Contributor or has been legally obtained and submitted by the Contributor. The Contributor is not expected to provide support for Contributions, except to the extent they desire to provide support.
No Obligation: The Contributor understands that the decision to include the Contribution in any project or source repository is entirely that of the Project, and this agreement does not guarantee that the Contributions will be included in any product.
Disputes: This agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The Contributor agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement with respect to their Contributions submitted to the Project.
