QD-OLED monitor defrige based on dwl_lut

Hello everyone,

Since the original coder mentioned here that they won’t be dedicating more time to this project, I was wondering if anyone could assist in making this tool compatible with 24H2.

The tool is based on dwm_lut and uses the method outlined here, and the source code is available here.
