Permission error in WIndows #630

I keep running into this error when running the same example script on a windows machine.

Reason: [WinError 32] The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process: 'screenshots\\97b378986f794e9bb868cfe3b3dbceef\\ed25f5787cedfd75e5d9a0c450f81b36.png'

Is it because the image opened is not being closed?
