Any hope for AMD/Intel/etc. owners?

I see there's some external API model support already, but some of us were been frupid and bought AMD or Intel GPUs and might find it cool to run this totally locally using one.

Hi @dymil, we probably won't able to develop for these hardware since we don't have access to them. PRs are welcome.
