Finding solutions

In this lab after answering all the questions I was given the following instructions:

Checkout the solution branch - git co solution or git checkout solution and then scroll back down to this very spot to see a link that directs you to the solutions to the above questions.

At no point in previous lessons was I taught what that means ... what does "git co solution or git checkout solution" mean? Was I supposed to enter that somewhere? Was there supposed to be a "solutions" file in the "MyPlayground" dropdown on the left? There wasn't. Everything else was clear up until this point, I had no idea how to find the solutions.
