Task Description

Currently, we are using Laravel 11 which was manually upgraded from Laravel 10 but the folder structure and files are still being used from the older Laravel 10 template.

Update all of the files and folders based on the file changes comparison so that it is easier to work with following the Laravel 11 documentation instead of it being confusing for the team.
