  • As a user, I want to see a register new community, including information about its features (forum, chat, events, newsletter, in person), description, size, activity level, and membership requirements (free or paid), so that I other users can decide which communities are the best fit for them.
  • Acceptance criteria:
Clicking on a 'Add community' from the navbar should lead to a dedicated page.
The page should display instructions on how to register new community:
Hey you community-builders! Thanks for adding your community to LinkMe.
We're excited to help you reach some new members by listing it on this directory.
It's completely free to list your community, we just ask a couple things:
  - Submit legit communities and not followings/newsletters/podcasts/products
  - Only select topics/features that are relevant to your community (we check your work!)
  - You can modify your listing as you see fit as your community grows!

Once you fill this out we'll send you an update when your page is live!

Additionally, there should be inputs for:

  • Community name

  • Description

  • URL (Link to your community)

  • Date established

  • Logo (optional)

  • Activity level (optional, e.g., posts per day)

  • Membership information (free or paid)

  • "How did you hear about the LinkMe?" input

  • "Anything else you'd like to share with us?" input

Additionally, there should be Cancel and Submit buttons.
On submit, the form will be sent to linkme server and will be pending for approval by Moderators/Admins.
