"The Acces to the path 0_0.cube is got denied"

So basically as you can see the in the title it says "The Acces to the path 0_0.cube is got denied". Can anyone help me?

2 Minutes later and i find a solution. For anyone experiencing the issue, go to %SYSTEMROOT%\Temp\ in a File Explorer yourself (the dwm_lut.dll file will be there along with a luts sub-folder containing the 0_0.cube file) and manually delete the files before trying to apply another LUT.

Im still confused on your explanation can you explain it better for me please im having the same issue and am still confused on how to fix it.
