failed to load or intialize dll problem.

keeps showing this non stop, even though i got the latest update it's been doing this for a month straight and i've been using this for awhile and all sudden it does this please fix this problem or what do i gotta do, I've gotten the latest version followed all the instructions yet it's still like this.
