Feature: 'quite mode' or 'timely' mode for notificaiton bots

Add the ability to hide or minimize messages from Bots after a short timeout. Notifications are useful for keeping everyone in the know in group chat, but they can become distracting fodder when they pour in.

Timely mode would keep a message visible for a short period (~30 sec) after which it would auto-collapse, dismiss, or otherwise get out of the way of normal conversation flow.
