This is a quick tool built in Rust to run in a cronjob to update my DNS records on Porkbun. A previous version was built in JS and has been swapped over for ease of use on my server.
- cron
- Rust/Cargo
- Insert your API keys in the relevant constants in src/main.rs along with your relevant domain
- Compile for your machine using the apropriate
cargo build --targetcommand. - Utilize
crontab -eto schedule the executable to run every 5 minutes (*/5 * * * *)
