PC Manchester is made up of three sectors, all controlled by the primary MAN_CTR position and bandboxed by its parent, LON_N_CTR.
Further splits are as follows:
MAN_CTR
MAN_E_CTR
MAN_NE_CTR (North and East) Covered top-down by LON_NE_CTR
MAN_SE_CTR (STAFA) Covered top-down by LON_N_CTR, then LON_NE_CTR in their absence
MAN_TE_CTR (TNT)
MAN_W_CTR Covered top-down by LON_NW_CTR
MAN_WU_CTR (Sector 29)
MAN_WP_CTR
MAN_WL_CTR (Wallasey)
MAN_WI_CTR (Isle of Man)
Currently, all splits are the same colour, but the parent LON_N_CTR assumes the colour of whichever of LON_NW_CTR and LON_NE_CTR it is covering, defaulting to LON_NW_CTR's colour when alone.
Ideally, each split's colour should be a different shade of the group's base colour.
