It generates a desktop shortcut, uninstall folder, internal files and folders, but it can't even fucking unpack the .exe file. Halfway in the setup, it fired a "close Minepal.exe" prompt, but as none even exists,, it left a garbage folder in god-knows-where inside my C drive.
