Hi,I could not run the code successfully because I can not find the “FixSizeAndSave.R” file. Where to download it?

I can not run :source("/Users/leonfodoulian/scData/FixSizeAndSave.R")
You said "Helper R functions called with source() in the scripts will be uploaded in a separate repository as these are generic functions."Where to download it?

Hi @Francis-Young-F,

I haven’t uploaded these functions yet. But these helper functions are mainly functions for plotting and saving the plots. If you’d like to work with the data, you should be able to do that without using the helper functions.

Best,
Leon
