Installer stops at 42%, then crashes after some minutes

I've downloaded the ZIP file, extracted in the same directory as the game (new folder, outside "Program Files"), I point it to the actual game directory, click Install, and the process goes straight to 42%, stops ("Not Responding"), and after 2-3 minutes it just crashes. I'm on Win10, fully updated.

I just left installer when I pushed "Install", didn't even clicked on it, and installation was succesful.

I have the same problem, plus not clicking on the installer doesn't work it just crash after a while and nothing gets installed

update: moving the files manually works fine, still i'll leave the comment if you want to work on a fix
