Add coustomized ja3 and akamai fingerprints support

• Add option to disable extension 18.
• Add extra option for extension values which are not covered by JA3 and/or akamai string.

  • supported versions extension

Although JA3 and Akamai strings can be hard to interpret for humans, it is choosen to be the API because they can be easily obtained from different sources, including WireShark and various test sites.
