EVE-Xen hypervisor doesn't list console id for edge-apps

Existing Feature for KVM

In EVE/KVM, eve list-app-consoles describe the available edge-apps along with the console id. It's easier to attach to the guest console with the help of console-id.

Required Feature for XEN

The recent master branch for EVE/XEN only list the console type but not the id. The above kvm feature must be tested on the Xen and should list all the available consoles with their id.
