No open-source license

This looks neat, and I'd quite like to use it myself, and extend it a bunch. Currently though there's no license in this repo at all, so that's technically not ok. Would you mind adding one?

I decided to license it under the GPL version 2 or any later version of the GPL. Hopefully that's okay for your use case.

BTW, I use this script daily in Zsh, but I haven't looked closely at how it works in a while. I actually don't remember how the completion works; it was a real bear to get that working when I was just beginning to learn about Unix shells. I just spot-tested the Bash completion and it didn't work for me, but I don't know if that's a bug in this program or if I need to fix my Bash initilization scripts.

Please free to send pull requests or patches for your extensions. I'm eager to see what you have in mind!
