Author an empty commit indicating that the repo was exported #66

It would be nice if there were a record that the repository was exported from 
Google code. Something like this:

    git commit --allow-empty --author="Support Tools <[email protected]>" \
        -m "Export from Google Code" \
        -m "Project exported from Google Code on 2015-04-02" \
        -m "Originally available at https://code.google.com/..."
