write_html.py doesn't work

I have downloaded data
But when I run write_html.py it just opens up a new cmd and doesn't do anything no error message of any sort pls help

@ifteqarahmed Hmm I'm not sure. You were able to run fetch_links.py on this same machine? What happens when you run it like this: python ./write_html.py
