以及已经开启了云输入了，但是打字的候选里似乎没有触发过云输入。

如果云输入返回的候选词和 libpinyin 的前几个候选词相同，会自动隐藏云输入的候选词的。

我输入“闲来无事”这个成语，按照一般的道理来说，本地候选词应该没有，云输入应该有的哇。
