Release on fedora-31?

Hi, I'm wondering if you will be releasing v 0.4 on fedora 31? If so I can help test. The same goes for the libratbag library itself - I notice both were only updated on rawhide but I thought I'd just ask here instead for both.

If there is anything I can do to help let me know.

tbh, I haven't found time to test libratbag/piper at all over the last few months, so I'm a bit hesitant to push it into a supposedly stable distribution. That's about the only reason I haven't pushed it to f31 yet.
