It works fine for me, just no images (getting the 404 rat image), 0.5.1 on arch.

Can you run ratbagd --verbose=raw (you might need to killall ratbagd first) and post the output?

this fixes the problem;

first
sudo killall ratbagd
then
sudo ratbagd --verbose=raw
then open a new terminal window and
sudo piper
G203 settings should now be configurable

sudo piper

Don't actually run Piper as root (and don't ever run GUI applications as root for that matter), running ratbagd like so would be enough.

Hi, I just wanted to share my experience with this mouse under this program.

Initially I setup the mouse on windows using logitech g hub, with the three extra keys on media controls play-pause, next and prev.

When I swapped to linux (manjaro), these keys didn't work. They didn't even emit an event under xev.
On my system piper (0.7.1) + libratbag (0.16-2), these keys showed up as MACRO: PLAYPAUSE (MACRO: NEXT for Next and MACRO: PREV for Prev).

When I changed the keys and applied they still remained as MACRO: PLAYPAUSE and didn't work still (no events under xev).
(Note: If your keyboard doesn't have the media controls, you can use xdotool key XF86AudioPlay to "press" them, possibly using a sleep beforehand so you can get to the select key menu).

Afterwards, I updated to the aur versions of piper (0.7.r94.g05cd7a7-1) and libratbag (0.17.r250.cb196e16-1).
Now the keys still showed up as MACRO: PLAYPAUSE, but when I changed them, they were now just PLAYPAUSE and the keys worked.
