Internal Audio not recording in Android 10

Description

Internal audio recording doesn't work in retroarch anymore, the last working version was 1.10.2, but any version after that doesn't allow to record internal audio anymore, not even the latest version 1.20.0, i think this problem is specific for Android 10 related to the audio permissions, i have another phone with Android 13 and it can record internal audio even with the lastest version without any issues, i want to know how can i report this problem to get fixed, use my old phone to play and record some gameplays, the other problem is that RetroAchievements is now telling me to update RetroArch to continue using it wich I havent done before because the audio recording issue, already tried several apps to record my screen with internal audio, even the system native one and via ADB but none of them can record the audio on newer versions of RetroArch.

Record my screen gameplay resulting in a video with internal audio recorded

Steps to reproduce the bug

Just record the screen with internal audio recording enabled in any Android 10 device and you'll get and video with no audio
