Using RestroArch v1.8.3 with bsnes v114.

To reproduce
"Don't overwrite SaveRAM when loading savestate" is ON

  • Testing with "Trials of Mana"
  • Save state
  • Save Game Normally
  • Load State replaces SaveRAM

Tested with BSnes 2014 and Snes9x both respect the option
