Localization update for 5.4.0

I don't expect any strings to still change for the upcoming 5.4.0 version.

Could you please update the Translations?

Strings changed:

• Colons were added to the end of some strings. Note that I added them to the localizations, but would be good if you could check it. E.g. if maybe some capitalization needs to be changed for the strings that follow them.
  • PR adding the colons: Add missing colons to en local #396
  • Commit adding the colons to the translation: 51a2507

Reminder:
Note that you don't need to translate the description part. That will never show up in the UI. It is only there to help the translating of the message, by e.g. making it more obvious in which context the message is shown.
