Critical font color display issue — significant usability problem as a result #126
Comments
This happens to me too, but only when I have the dark theme enabled. It seems like an easy fix for the devs, but it makes the plugin unusable. |
Yes, it's a real nuisance. Thanks for pointing out that it's not an issue when dark theme is disabled. I'll reluctantly turn off the dark theme for now, as it doesn't look like the developer has seen this issue yet. @lifan0127 Fan Li ... is there any chance you'll fix this soon? It should be a quick fix, with large consequences. According to the plugin manager, I'm currently using v1.0.0. Which isn't making much sense to me, as it appears your latest release if 0.7.5 |
@lifan0127 It appears there was a versioning glitch in an earlier (August?) release of Aria for Zotero 7. It was set to version 1.0.0. So I was not getting any plugin updates for Aria, since the latest versions are all under 1.0. I've now manually updated to 0.7.5, and can report the above-mentioned issue with font colour persists. |
Sorry for the late response. I am working on support for dark mode now. @inspiredearth Thanks for pointing out the version inconsistency! I guess I messed up the version number when I initially created the pre-releases for Zotero 7. Please install the latest version for Zotero 7 and it should auto-update afterwards. |
Thanks Fan Li. That's what I did. Version number is now correct. |

I various areas of Aria I am experience a font color issue, as seen in these two screenshots:
The font is white, over a white background, making it impossible to see. It is vaguely viewable by hovering over each text item, which makes the background a little less white. But obviously this is an issue.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
