Probably don't need to start this till we are closer to release

Need to confirm where this will run (Heroku, but will need specifics)
Work out where data gets sent to, Postgres or Tableau or Geckoboards
-Add API user (Needs access to all rooms, but never available)
-Think about security (store token e.t.c safely)
